A missionary once compared mission work to flying a kite and prayer to the wind keeping it in the air.

Is it possible to make a kite fly without wind? Yes. But you have to run very fast and pretty soon you’ll be collapsed in an exhausted heap – after which the kite will come tumbling down on top of you! And this is the reality for us.

We depend on prayer for God’s provision and protection in all things and to fulfil God’s purpose and plan for MAF.
