The power of
your morning tea!

This is Emma Grace. Emma is alive today only by the Grace of God, because when Emma Grace was just two days old, she was left to die.

Her teenage parents are part of the Moi tribe in Papua New Guinea. Because of a false belief that persisted for generations, Emma Grace's father assumed his wife had been unfaithful during his absence from their village.

Which is why Emma Grace’s distraught mother found herself abandoning her daughter as she reluctantly placed her in a net bag to hang outside their hut until she was dead. But, because MAF aircraft were supporting the work of two missionary couples in that village, God's protection was with little Emma Grace. When the missionaries heard what was happening, they raced to save the little girl’s life. They were just in time.

You could say that Emma Grace's life was fuelled by a little over 2 jerrycan’s worth of fuel. Each jerrycan holds 20 litres of fuel and keeps MAF flights in the air for about 20 minutes. We’ve calculated the cost of each jerrycan to be around $100. When you consider the lives that are saved as a result, I’m sure you’ll agree it’s money well spent! By hosting your own Fuel Good Morning Tea, you are helping change lives !

All the hard work of planning and organising is done!

Now it's time to enjoy Fuel Good Morning Tea with your church community, your organisation and or friends.

It is only because of faithful sponsors and donors like you that we can continue to carry out this mission, so thank you for getting involved!

For over 75 years, MAF has been serving isolated people by using aircraft to bring in the essentials of life as well as medical care, emergency food, and Christian hope.

Our purpose is to deliver practical and spiritual care to people in places of deepest human need. Every five minutes, an MAF plane takes off or lands somewhere in the world. These flights enable crucial work by many aid and development agencies, missions, local churches and other national groups. MAF is serving the Church and communities in remote areas where flying is not a luxury, but a lifeline.
