We are seeking a passionate People and Culture Coordinator to join our team in Bella Vista, Sydney. In this pivotal role, you will support the development and implementation of People & Culture initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement, promote organizational values, and drive culture forward to support the strategic goals of MAF Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement and regularly measuring and analysing engagement levels
• Supporting Recruitment and Onboarding
• Fostering a Positive Workplace Culture by promoting and embedding company values and culture in all People & Culture practices
• Ensuring HR Compliance and Best Practices by maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on HR best practices and
regularly reviewing and updating company policies and procedures.
• Providing People & Culture Administrative Support
• Promoting Employee Wellbeing
• Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams
Our ideal person has:
• Experience in a People & Culture / HR support or coordinator role
• Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of People & Culture practices
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting employee wellbeing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A servant heart and a teachable attitude
• Agility and adaptability
