The Opportunity

MAF Australia is a not-for-profit organization that functions as a Resourcing Group for MAF International. A key focus for MAF Australia is to support the work of MAF International by providing first-class professionals in Aviation and other support roles, to be sent to the mission field, to deliver help, hope, and healing to isolated communities. MAF Australia also partners with churches across Australia and together, we bring forth the love of Christ to the people in need.

About the role

With a passion for creativity and a strong willingness to craft compelling adverts, captivating presentations, and other engaging content, you will support the People & Culture team in daily tasks, assisting with recruitment related functions, leading projects and managing digital records and documents. Respecting the confidentiality of our employees and field staff is always critical!
If you are an energetic team player who can also work autonomously in a busy and exciting environment and you thrive on turning ideas into visually stunning and persuasive content, we want to hear from you!
Prior People and Culture or similar experience is preferable but not a deal breaker.
