Office Manager, Arnhem Land

If you are passionate about using your Office Management expertise for a cause-driven organisation, please consider joining Mission Aviation Fellowship as our Arnhem Land Office Manager.

MAF is looking to fill the vital role of Office Manager in their Arnhem Land program.

One of the most remote places can be found in Arnhem Land, a historical region of the Northern Territory of Australia. It is a vast wilderness area, defined by rocky escarpments, gorges, rivers, and waterfalls.

MAF has served the people in Arnhem Land for 50 years by sharing God’s love through aviation. To continue providing this valuable service we need a highly motivated and energetic Office Manager. Working alongside the Country Director and senior staff, the Office Manager plays a key role in a variety of complex administrative activities and sometimes sensitive situations.

This exciting opportunity will require excellent organisational skills, a cool head and focus to get the work done. You can be sure you will make a real difference, not only to your colleagues but in the organisation’s mission to see people physically and spiritually transformed.

MAF is a Christian organization with values and beliefs often practiced through events such as daily prayer meetings and annual international team prayer days. MAF appreciates the individual journey of its staff and welcomes you to join.

In this role you will provide support to the Country Director and Senior Staff by working with them pro-actively. You will do this through a variety of office administration duties including organising meetings and events, designing and overseeing the production of publications, making travel arrangements, taking minutes of meetings, working with Building Maintenance to coordinate property repairs, and more!
