BEFORE YOU REGISTER
To help provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable community, we’ll ask you to provide some information during your Member Registration.
- Name – Your name helps us identify your Discord account and verify that you are a genuine member of the Co-Pilot community.
- Year of Birth – Your year of birth helps us confirm you meet Co-Pilot’s age requirements and determines whether parent or guardian permission is required.
- Email Address – An email address is required to join the Co-Pilot Discord community. Please use the same email address for both your Member Registration and your Discord account. This helps us verify your membership and send your Discord invitation.
- Phone Number (Optional) – Providing your phone number gives us another way to contact you if needed.
- State – Your state helps us understand where our members are located and assists with planning future events and opportunities.
- Community Interests – You’ll be able to choose which Co-Pilot communities you’d like to be involved in: Careers, Volunteering, Fundraising. You can select one or more.
PARENT PERMISSION
If your Year of Birth indicates you are 16 or 17 years old, your parent or guardian must complete a Parent Permission Form before you can join the Co-Pilot Discord community.
How it works
- Complete your Member Registration.
- Ask your parent or guardian to complete the Parent Permission Form.
- We’ll review both forms.
- Once approved, we’ll send your Discord invitation.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you’ve submitted your Member Registration:
- We’ll review your registration.
- If parent permission is required, we’ll wait until we’ve received the Parent Permission Form.
- Once everything has been approved, we’ll send your Discord invitation by email.
