Mother’s Day 2025

This Mother’s Day, honour the woman who has shaped your life by uplifting another.
Your gift will provide dignity, education and empowerment to those who face immense challenges simply because of where they live.

This Mother’s Day, we’re proud to launch a special initiative as the Women of MAF.

In the remote communities of Papua New Guinea, access to basic menstrual products can mean the difference between staying in class or falling behind. When Siobhain Cole, living in Telefomin with her husband, MAF pilot Ryan Cole, saw this challenge firsthand, she took action.

Together with friends, she began distributing reusable menstrual kits and education to girls at the local high school—starting with Year 12 students and expanding to every girl and woman at the school. Each kit lasts up to three years and can save hundreds of dollars.

“We wanted to ease at least one burden,” Siobhain says. “The grade 12 girls, have big exams that shape their futures.”

The impact is real – girls are staying in class, gaining confidence, and looking ahead with hope.

Partnering with Days for Girls Australia, our goal is to distribute at least 500 kits each year. With your support, we can reach more women across PNG – empowering futures, one kit at a time.

And with each donation, you can choose to receive a beautifully designed card by Esther Brown Art to share with a woman in your life, celebrating her while changing someone else’s future.

With a donation you can choose to receive a card to be gifted to a woman in your life.
