Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is a Christian organization that uses aviation and technology to bring help and hope to underdeveloped and remote communities around the world. Founded in 1945, MAF currently operates in 31 countries. With a fleet of 116 aircraft, MAF provides essential transportation services for medical personnel, aid workers, and development agencies. We also deliver Bibles and church resources to places where access to Christian teaching is limited.

As our Facilities Manager in Liberia, you’ll play a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring our offices, homes, and vehicles are well-maintained and fully operational. Key Responsibilities:

Property & Vehicle Management: Maintain up to 10 houses, the hangar, and office spaces. Oversee building projects and coordinate with contractors to keep everything in top shape.
Tool & Equipment Oversight: Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and that all work meets local building standards and codes.
Budget & Resource Management: Work closely with the Country Director to manage the annual maintenance budget, prioritize projects, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Spiritual Team Player: Participate in daily prayer meetings, spiritual sessions, and contribute to a supportive, faith-driven community.

Qualifications & Experience:

Building Trade Qualifications: Including an electrical qualification.
Experience: At least 3 years in your trade and 2 years managing building projects.
