Deputy Country Director, Chad

MAF International is seeking a dynamic individual who has excellent relationship building and communications skills. Responsibilities:

Your role will involve stepping in for the Country Director (CD) during their absence and representing the CD at important meetings when required. You will also be responsible for leading or supporting various projects and tasks as instructed by the CD. This position demands versatility and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a composed demeanor and making decisive decisions when necessary.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Essential

Excellent spoken and written English
Aptitude in verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning
Spoken and written language skills in French at B1 level
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Management experience of a function or teams
Excellent relationship building and communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Desirable

University graduate or equivalent experience
Experience of living and working in a developing country
Experience of working in aviation or related field
Ability to communicate clearly across cultural boundaries
