A Day in the Life of Our Senior IT Systems Engineer:
Morning: Troubleshoot urgent IT tickets, like resolving connectivity issues impacting a medevac mission or addressing server challenges in Papua New Guinea.
Afternoon: Collaborate with global teams to roll out software updates, streamline logistics, and improve system efficiency. Contribute strategic input on IT system upgrades to enhance security and performance.
End of Day: Test and implement solutions to improve data sharing and network performance across remote bases, ensuring staff can work seamlessly wherever they are.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
What We’re Looking For:
A strong background in IT systems administration, support, and infrastructure.
Proven experience managing IT projects, particularly in dynamic or cross-cultural settings.
Proficiency in networking, server management, and cybersecurity best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise mission-critical tasks under pressure.
