This campaign isn’t just about fuel. In fact, it’s actually about what fuel makes possible. Every jerrycan helps keep MAF planes flying so that people living in remote communities can access healthcare, disaster relief, education and Christian hope. People like Juvaniot and Juvanot.
Juvaniot & Juvanot’s Story
In a remote village in Madagascar, twin boys Juvaniot and Juvanot were born with bowed legs, a condition that would have become increasingly painful and debilitating as they grew older. There was no surgeon where they lived who could help them.
Their mother, Zara, walked for hours and travelled over rough roads simply to reach MAF’s plane. Then, in just over an hour, MAF flew the family to the Africa Mercy hospital ship, where the boys received the surgery they desperately needed.
Today, they are recovering well, with the hope of running, playing and living like other children. Every life-changing flight begins with fuel, helping families like Zara’s reach the care that can transform a child’s future.
