MAF is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Corporate Services Manager to play a key role in strengthening our programme operations across Papua New Guinea. This senior leadership position supports the Country Director and leads core teams such as IT, Facilities, Business Management, Logistics, and Ministry Outreach, to help deliver safe, effective, and life-changing aviation services to some of the world’s most isolated communities. This is a role with purpose, leadership influence, and meaningful impact.
✨About the Role
As the Corporate Services Manager, you will be at the centre of programme operations—leading multiple departments, supporting strategic decision-making, and empowering teams to deliver high-quality services across PNG.
You will work closely with the Country Director to ensure strong governance, operational excellence, and alignment with the MAF mission and strategic plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support our teams — inspiring department heads, building a culture of excellence and Christian values, and stepping in for the Country Director when needed.

Grow people well — through coaching, mentoring, and helping staff develop confidence and capability.

Strengthen governance and strategy — providing clear reporting and insights to guide leadership and Board decision-making.

Oversee programmes and projects — ensuring resources are used wisely, operations run smoothly, and outcomes are delivered with integrity.

Support donor-funded work — helping track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and maintain transparency and compliance.

Collaborate regionally — working with Strategic Development teams on proposals, project updates, and reporting.

Champion operational excellence — streamlining processes and fostering clear, data-informed communication across the organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Business Management or related field.

At least 3 years’ experience in a senior administrative, management, or executive support role.

Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.

High proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with management information systems.

Ability to lead diverse teams with professionalism, fairness, and cultural sensitivity.

Strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to planning and problem-solving.
Desirable

Experience preparing publications or written reports.

Knowledge of aviation operations or terminology.
