Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Services Manager โ a key role that keeps our mission-powered operations on track. Youโll be the right-hand to the General Manager, making sure our team, finances, and admin systems all work in harmony to support the ministry of MAF across Papua New Guinea.

Responsibilities
โจ What youโll do:

Keep our admin wheels turning โ from managing reports and records to coordinating projects and meetings.

Support our amazing staff through HR coordination, training, and onboarding.

Oversee finance processes to ensure accuracy, accountability, and transparency.

Jump in where needed โ whether thatโs helping with procurement, property, or problem-solving!

๐ก What weโre looking for:

Strong admin, finance, or HR experience (3+ years in a similar role).

A proactive, organised, and friendly communicator who thrives on helping others succeed.

Someone whoโs flexible, dependable, and enjoys a challenge (and maybe a good spreadsheet too).

A person of faith whoโs excited about using their skills to further Godโs Kingdom through MAFโs work in PNG.
Qualifications
What weโre looking for:
-
Experience in administration, finance, or bookkeeping (essential)

At least 3 years as an executive assistant or in a similar role
-
Confident with MS Office and general computer skills

Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
-
Proactive, flexible, and analytical โ able to solve problems and keep things on track

Mature, stable, and trustworthy, maintaining confidentiality
Desirable:
-
Accounting training or qualifications
-
Knowledge of aviation terminology and regulations
-
Experience in staff training and development
