The Story

Thomas and Clare met and were married at the Bible College of Victoria. With a focus towards mission, Thomas trained as an aircraft engineer with Clare majoring in Pastoral Ministry.

They have been blessed with four children: Joshua, Eleanor, Caitlyn and Matayah.

Mission Aviation was always close to their hearts, and through various interesting circumstances, the Lord placed it on their hearts in early 2016 that NOW was the time to join MAF.

From 2017-2023 they served in Arnhem Land, where Thomas led the aircraft engineering team and ensured that the MAF fleet remained airworthy.

In December 2023 they moved to Mareeba (QLD), where Thomas again leads the engineering team.

Mareeba is MAF’s major aircraft maintenance base servicing both national and international aircraft. It is wonderful to think that the work done here in Mareeba, Australia, aids remote national and international communities that are still in great need of both physical and spiritual transformation!
