The Story

Norm and Stephanie are serving with Mission Aviation Fellowship in Cairns, Australia, supporting programs in the Asia-Pacific and Africa regions. Norm currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for MAF International and Stephanie works in finance.

Growing up in West Africa as a missionary kid, Norm learned about MAF at a young age and had a dream of one day serving with them. His love of aviation took him to LeTourneau University to study and on to a career spanning Textron, GE, and Airbus. After nearly 25 years in corporate aviation, Norm counts it a blessing to now be serving with MAF.

Stephanie and Norm met at university and throughout their marriage have sought the Lord in how He wants to use them wherever He has placed them. They have had several moves across the US as well as two overseas job related assignments in Czech Republic and France before their move to Australia in 2021. Each move has exposed them further to the global community as well as deepened their desire to bring God’s love to the people around them.

If you would like to partner with Norm and Stephanie Baker to continue leading and supporting the ministry of Mission Aviation Fellowship, they would love to have you sign up to join their team of prayer and/or financial supporters.
