Di pegunungan dan hutan Papua, Indonesia, ribuan orang tinggal di desa-desa terpencil yang hanya dapat dijangkau dengan pesawat kecil. Akses jalan darat sangat terbatas, arus sungai yang sangat sulit diprediksi, dan perjalanan yang hanya memerlukan beberapa jam dengan pesawat dapat memakan waktu berhari-hari jika ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki.

Serving the people of Papua, Indonesia
In Papua, Indonesia, the community of Puluk heard about how Bible teachers had come to their neighbors in Mokndoma and given them the gospel of Jesus. They wanted to receive the good news as well and hoped that teachers would come and live among them and teach them about God, but Mokndoma is a three-day journey from Puluk.
Thanks to MAF, that three-day journey was reduced to ten minutes, and the people of Puluk were able to hear and learn about Jesus Christ. Watch the story below.
