The Story

Ed spent his early childhood in Western Australia where his parents served with the United Aborigines Mission.  Later his family moved to Kerang (Victoria) where he finished his schooling, followed by university studies and employment as a Professional Engineer in Melbourne.

Liz grew up in Melbourne and became a Registered Nurse.  She began theological study in 1992.   Ed and Liz met at Camberwell Baptist Church and were married in 1994.

After completing theological/missions study, Ed and Liz joined MAF in 1998 and have served in PNG, Arnhem Land, Ballarat, Cairns and Mareeba.  Ed’s roles have included avionics engineer, design engineer, pilot and manager.  Liz is currently home schooling their two youngest children.

Ed and Liz are committed to serving God with MAF and encouraging others to become involved in the vital work of MAF through prayer and sponsorship.
