What we expect from you

Faith & Values

MAF is a Christian organisation, and our mission is grounded in the love of Christ and service to others. Volunteers are encouraged to reflect Christ-like compassion, respect, and integrity in all they do.

Commitment

We ask volunteers to serve faithfully, to communicate clearly if they are unavailable, and to support the mission with professionalism and joy.

Training & Policies

Before volunteering, you will be guided through necessary training and compliance procedures, including:

  • Child safeguarding training
  • Standards of conduct
  • Safety and workplace policies
  • Any role-specific instructions from your team leader

How we serve together

Partnership is key

MAF operates not alone but with churches, mission agencies, humanitarian organisations, and partners around the world. These collaborations ensure that aviation services are multiplied in impact — providing not only transport but enabling long-term community development, education, and spiritual support.

Volunteer Voice

Volunteers help extend our reach right where you are — whether supporting local ministry efforts or enhancing MAF’s capacity at headquarters. Every contribution matters. Together, we build a community of service that supports the mission directly and indirectly.

Orientation Program

A new volunteer orientation program is coming soon and will be available here to help you get started.
