The Opportunity
MAF Australia is excited to offer a maternity cover opportunity for a Mass Market Donor Fundraising Lead – a role at the heart of our mission. You’ll build deep, meaningful connections with our value supporters (>$2,000 per year) and help them see the eternal impact of their generosity.
This is a 12 month fixed term , full time role based at our office in Bella Vista, NSW.
In this role, you’ll:
✈️Manage the acquisition and retention strategies and plans of our value donor segment
✈️Create and deliver tailored donor journeys and campaigns
✈️ Inspire donors with stories that connect their gifts to real-world transformation
✈️ Analyse data and use insights to grow giving and strengthen retention
✈️ Collaborate with Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, Finance, and Admin teams
✈️ Develop meaningful opportunities for supporters to partner in God’s work through MAF
About you
You’re not just skilled – you’re passionate. You bring:
- Proven experience in NFP fundraising or donor engagement
- Confidence in analysing data and shaping strategy from insights
- Creativity and problem-solving flair, with digital marketing know-how
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, collaborative spirit that thrives in both teamwork and independent work

The successful candidate will require:
- WWCC / National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights
- Applicants will be expected to agree with MAF’s Statement of Faith and to be actively involved in a local church as part of faithful support of our Christian identity and mission
