HELP FUND THE
 MAF BUS IN PNG

That is why I am appealing to you today.

Each day the bus transports staff from Mt Hagen town to the airport and then goes on to take MAF kids to the local school.

Although this 45-minute journey is taken on the “main road”, it’s the kind of road that we in Australia would normally expect to travel in a 4WD vehicle.

It now requires extensive maintenance to keep it going each day. In addition, it doesn’t comply with our safety regulations in regards to seatbelts.

As such we are eager to replace it as soon as possible. Would you prayerfully consider giving toward a new bus for the team?

A new bus will cost around $70,000 AUD to put on the road in Mt Hagen.

This is an urgent need and we would dearly love to be able to send these funds over to them in time for Christmas so that the program does not face any service interruptions in the new year.

YES, I will help fund the new MAF staff transport in PNG!

The bus now requires extensive maintenance to keep it going each day. In addition, it doesn’t comply with our safety regulations in regards to seatbelts.

We are hoping to purchase a Toyota HiAce 14 seat bus, manual gearbox, diesel motor. Fitted with fixed high back seats and three-point seat belts for all seats. This will make a very big difference in our daily life here.
