Reporting to the Chief People Officer and sitting on our People & Culture Leadership Team, you will architect and lead a modern, scalable, and mission-aligned global talent strategy.
This is a rare opportunity to build the workforce that will help us expand our reach to 5,000 isolated communities by 2045.
You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, purpose, and innovation — partnering across regions and cultures to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

- Global Talent Strategy: Design and deliver a future-fit, globally aligned TA function
- Employer Brand & EVP: Craft a compelling narrative that authentically reflects our mission and draws purpose-driven talent
- Innovative Sourcing: Leverage digital platforms, AI, global networks, and faith-based communities to reach exceptional talent
- Workforce Planning: Embed proactive, data-driven planning across regions
- Assessment Excellence: Elevate hiring through inclusive, evidence-based, mission-aligned selection practices
- TA Team Leadership: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing, globally distributed team
- Technology & Analytics: Use data, ATS, and insights to drive smarter decisions and better candidate experiences
- Onboarding Experience: Ensure every new hire is set up to thrive from day one
