win maf’s 80th anniversary grand prize – terms and conditions
1. General
1.1. The promoter of this competition is MAF Australia (ABN 26 134 583 887 of PO Box 7187
Baulkham Hills NSW 2153) T/A Mission Aviation Fellowship.
1.2. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of MAF Australia and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition opens on April 28th and closes at 5pm, October 23rd (AEDT).
3.2. Entries received outside of the competition period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must complete the entry form, indicating what the acronym “MAF” stands for.
4.2. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize is 1 x hamper of items sourced from countries where MAF currently serves
5.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1. The winner will be drawn at random on 25th October at the MAF 80th Anniversary Gala Dinner in Melbourne (location tbc).
6.2. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner will be selected.
7. Publicity & Privacy
7.1. By entering, participants consent to MAF Australia using their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes, including social media and other marketing materials.
7.2. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with MAF Australia’s Privacy Policy.
7.3. By entering, participants consent to being contacted by MAF Australia at a later date with news and offers.
8. Liability
8.1. MAF Australia is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.
9. General
9.1. MAF Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of MAF Australia.
