Norwest Christian College

MAF was invited to join the Norwest Christian College “EXO day”.  This day was all about, “How excellent life is with Jesus”.  Our team set up a MAF stand and brought along “Minnie Mouse” – our cut off plane.  Students in Stage 6 chose MAF as their fundraiser for the year and raised on the day $1,674.95 for the work of MAF.  Minnie Mouse was a great hit and so were the fun MAF activities the students participated in. Thank you for your support Norwest Christian College!

Waverley Christian College

The Year 11 Business Management class at Waverley Christian College back in 2019 conducted a Pancake Fundraiser for MAF. The students developed the business plan, purchased equipment and sold their products with profits going to support MAF. What a great initiative!

Shire Christian School

In 2019 the wonderful staff, students and families at Shire Christian School raised $2463.45 for MAF, with the Junior school collecting from home with the Jerry Can money boxes and the High school running a BBQ and canteen fundraiser. All in all around 800 students were involved and we thank each and every one of them and their families for supporting MAF!

Wollondilly Anglican College

In 2021, Year 11 Hospitality students spent a full morning in the College Hospitality Kitchen, cooking masses of pancakes for the College’s annual Pancake Day which were then sold to staff and students with all profits donated to MAF. Thank you!

Toongabbie Christian College

Toongabbie Christian College fundraised for Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) throughout the year in 2020. The fundraising effort culminated in an Aviation-Themed Obstacle Course on the 25th September 2020. Students enjoyed the MAF visit which included a real life MAF Pilot visit and the opportunity to sit in a small plane called Minnie Mouse. The whole school community got behind the work of MAF and raised just under $10, 000 over the year. Amazing! Read more: here.
