42 years ago, missionaries Stan Dale and Phil Masters were slain in Papua, Indonesia, by members of the Yale tribe. Over the years following their death, the gospel they sowed into the region spread dramatically. The good news of Jesus Christ was passed down generations and into other tribes. One of these was the Kimyal tribe.
You can imagine what it must have been like for the MAF pilot delivering the first load of bibles translated into the native tongue of the Kimyal tribe. Seeing the unspeakble joy on their face must have been very special.
Take a look at this video which captures that moment.
