Location:
Ashford Support Office or Cairns Support Office

Salary: £34,300/ AUD $71,100.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Quality Assure Digital Content: Build high-quality, SCORM-compliant e-learning, microlearning, and multimedia assets using authoring tools, ensuring strict version control, consistent MAF branding, and accessibility standards.

  • LMS Content Management: Manage the full lifecycle of content on the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading, testing, publishing courses, coordinating with the LMS Administrator, and creating essential user guides and tutorials.

  • Technical Quality Control: Rigorously test content across various browsers and devices, troubleshoot all formatting, playback, and rendering issues, and maintain high-quality delivery standards.

  • Analytics and Improvement: Monitor key learning metrics (completion, satisfaction, drop-out rates) to track content performance, share actionable insights, and support iterative improvements to enhance the learner experience.

  • Stakeholder Support: Provide specialised, day-to-day technical support to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during content preparation and QA, and assist managers in mapping digital content to specific role profiles and learning plans.

  • Spiritual Participation: Actively participate in the corporate spiritual life of MAF, including attending daily corporate prayer meetings and demonstrating commitment to the organisation’s evangelical Christian vision, mission, values, and beliefs.

Qualifications:

Essential: 
Qualification in graphic design, multimedia, digital content, or equivalent technical field.

Desirable: 

Certified in instructional design
