Stores Manager and Engineering Administration – Arnhem Land

The Engineering department are seeking a Stores Manager and Engineering Administrator and to join the team. You will be assisting the Maintenance Operations Supervisor and engineering team with administrative tasks, logistics projects and other specified projects. Your skills will be used recording minutes, checking and maintaining aircraft manuals, keeping training records up to date and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock (including financial function), scouring and purchases, and ensuring all suppliers have current certificates saved on our database.

You will also provide administrative support to the engineering team by creating work pack documentation, ensuing training records are kept up-to-date, and carrying our general admin tasks. In this role, you will assist with the organisation of engineering training by researching available training providers, course dates and assisting with enrolments. You will also assist with managing apprenticeships, subsidies and incentives, and making arrangements for staff to attend external training.

Proficiency with databases including data entry and management
